fldigi doesnt support using the 7300s internal keyer via hamlib commands, unfortunately. WPM can be adjusted at either fldigi or flrig (does not alter transceiver WPM setting). Either use USB-D mode with fldigis audio CW keying, or use an external CW keyer ('Winkeyer' support, although there are actually lots of compatible devices).
